Delivery & Returns

Once you have placed your online order you will receive a ‘confirmation of order’ email to the email account you registered with.  This confirmation email confirms that your order has been accepted by Loren Taylor.  We will endeavour to dispatch your ordered items to you within 24 hours.  If there are any delays we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible via email to your registered email account.

Orders can be cancelled up until the point when they have been dispatched- please note that we endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours.  Once orders have been dispatched the order can no longer be cancelled.  If you wish to cancel the order after dispatch please  follow the returns procedure outlined below.

• RETURNS POLICY
  • You may return for a full refund unused, undamaged goods within 14 days of the order being dispatched.  The dispatch date can be found on the documentation sent with the order.  Please note that you will be responsible for the postage charges associated with the return of the unsuitable goods.  If you are returning faulty goods we will refund the cost of the return postage.  Please ensure to package the goods you are returning securely as any damage to the goods in transit will be your liability.  We do not accept for return or exchange any used or damaged goods. We recommend you use registered mail to return the goods to us as Loren Taylor can not be held liable for any goods lost or stolen in transit.
• EXCHANGE POLICY
  • We will exchange unused, undamaged like for like product within 14 days of the order being dispatched.  The dispatch date can be found on the documentation sent with the order.  If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different product please follow the returns policy to return the unsuitable product and then order the desired product online as a new order.  Please note that you will be responsible for the postage charges associated with the return of the goods.  If you are exchanging faulty goods we will refund the cost of the return postage.  Please ensure to package the goods you are returning securely as any damage to the goods in transit will be your liability.  We do not accept for return or exchange any used or damaged goods.
